Dr. Mary Peterson, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Mary Peterson, DC, graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in 1997 with a doctorate in chiropractic medicine. She attended Penn State University for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Mary and her husband and business partner, Doug Compagner, have been raising their family in the Palos area for the last 7 years. Dr. Mary practiced in Michigan for 10 years but missed the hustle and bustle of Chicago and the surrounding communities. She and Doug moved here to raise 3 very busy children and start a practice to serve the people of the southwest suburbs.
"We enjoy the diversity of the southwest suburbs and the midwest values of the people. This is a wonderful area to raise a family. Our main focus is service above self and to help as many people as possible through safe, natural, gentle chiropractic and acupuncture."
Dr. Mary holds advanced training in non-surgical Decompression techniques, orthotics, trauma (motor vehicle crashes) and Acupuncture. While Dr. Mary has been practicing Acupuncture since 2007, she is currently enrolled in the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine working towards a Masters in Oriental Medicine. She also holds advanced training in Pedorthics and is working towards becoming a C. Ped. in March 2016.
